Heads up, Guardians of Destiny!

The Agent of the Nine, Xur, is once again making his stop at the Tower this week, from May 15 to May 17.

The mysterious and elusive merchant is set to visit the world of Destiny for some much-needed wheeling and dealing of exotic items and equipment just in time for the release of the game's second expansion, "House of Wolves" on Tuesday.

For those of you who feel that they might need some weapon and armor upgrades and enhancements, now is the time to stock up on those Strange Coins and Motes of Light and head down to the Tower.

Here are Xur's featured exotic wares this week:

An Insurmountable Skullfort

Minimum Level: 20

Cost: 13 Strange Coins

For Titans, the Agent of the Nine has An Insurmountable Skullfort available in his stockpile this week.

This helmet is excellent for replenishing your character's health during encounters as the Infusion ability absorbs the Orbs of Light generated when super abilities are used. It offers a decent level of defense boost and reduces the cooldown time of your grenade.

Having An Insurmountable Skullfort helmet equipped also enhances your Storm Fist skill as each successful use automatically regenerates your health, making it a very good pick-up if you're looking to improve your character's survivability in fights.

Knucklehead Radar

Minimum Level: 20

Cost: 13 Strange Coins

If you are a Hunter who is just sick and tired of having to decrypt engrams just to get the Knucklehead Radar, well, you are in luck as Xur has this exotic helmet up for grabs.

Aside from the customary defense boost when wearing the gear, the Knucklehead Radar also makes the cooldown of your grenades faster.

The Inverse Shadow effect increases the amount of super energy you receive from killing minions of the Darkness, while the helmet's Sensor Pack feature allows your Radar to remain visible when you aim using your primary weapon.

Apotheosis Veil

Minimum Level: 20

Cost: 13 Strange Coins

Players can get their hands on the Apotheosis Veil from Xur this week in order to toughen up your Warlocks.

Similar to the first two exotic helmets, the Apotheosis Veil provides good defense boost, while also giving the Warlock the Serpent's Tail ability to reduce the grenade cooldown when engaging enemies with melee attacks.

The helmet also has the Infusion feature, just like An Insurmountable Skullfort, to allow the character to regain valuable health by absorbing Orbs of Light in battle. The Private Reserves trait, on the other hand, regenerates lost health whenever the Warlock activates its super ability.

Truth

Minimum Level: 20

Cost: 17 Strange Coins

Arguably one of the coolest exotic weapons Xur has available in his inventory, the rocket launcher Truth can be bought from the Agent of the Nine this week.

The Truth has an impressive array of upgrades players can use depending on the chosen battle tactics.

Hard Launch gives the rocket launcher the ability to have more velocity for ammo and a larger blast radius but with greater recoil (Warhead Verniers), or reduced recoil with decreased velocity (Confined Launch).

Guardians can also use the Javelin feature to increase the velocity of warheads with a significant blast radius (Heavy Payload), or have a faster reload rate (Flared Magwell).

The Truth rocket launcher's Prototype Trueseeker function gives your rounds the ability to home in on targets and seek them out aggressively.

The Agent of the Nine also has an Exotic Shard and a gauntlet Exotic Engram for sale.

Upgrades

Xur can also upgrade weapons this week, such as Patience and Time, Thorn, Super Good Advice, Gjallarhorn, Plan C and MIDA Multi-Tool.

His armor enhancements include Heart of the Praxic Fire, Apotheosis Veil, Crest of Alpha Lupi, Knucklehead Radar and No Backup Plans.

You can catch Xur, the Agent of the Nine, at Tower North until May 17 Sunday at 9 a.m. GMT.
