The worst teams in the league can begin making their way out the basement with the 2015 NBA Draft Lottery on Tuesday night.

Fourteen ping pong balls will be spun around, with the first three picks being decided on the lottery. The remaining 11 non-playoff teams will be assigned a pick based on their records in order — from worst to best. Here's a full breakdown of when, where and how to watch the 2015 NBA Draft Lottery, as well as each team's odds.

What: 2015 NBA Draft Lottery

When: Approximately 8:30p.m., Tuesday night (May 19, 2015)

New York Knicks (17-65): 19.9 percent

Philadelphia 76ers (18-64): 15.6 percent

Los Angeles Lakers (21-61): 11.9 percent

Utah Jazz (38-44): 0.7 percent

Phoenix Suns (39-43): 0.6 percent

Oklahoma City Thunder (45-37): 0.5 percent

Notes: Although the Minnesota Timberwolves lost one more game than the New York Knicks, they are least hopeful that their young core of Ricky Rubio, Zach LaVine and 2014-15 Rookie of the Year Andrew Wiggins will continue to flourish.

The Knicks, on the other hand, will be returning superstar Carmelo Anthony in the 2015-16 season off a knee surgery and really need pieces to once again contend in the Eastern Conference. Getting the No. 1 pick and using it on a player like Duke's Jahlil Okafor would be a start. That or trading the pick for a coveted NBA superstar.

For what it's worth, the Knicks did land Patrick Ewing with the first pick in the 1985 NBA Draft... 30 years ago! Could this be their night? Or will the Philadelphia 76ers or Los Angeles Lakers nab the top pick?
