Best Buy is currently having a neat sale on Apple devices, shaving $100 off its top-notch 27-inch iMacs and MacBook Pro with 15.4-inch Retina display.

The 27-inch iMac with a Retina 5K display has stirred tremendous interest, boasting an impressive resolution and powerful specs all around. The machine's 5K display packs a whopping 14.7 million pixels into a 5120 x 2800 resolution, rocking seven times the resolution of a regular HDTV, as well as 67 percent more pixels than a standard 4K display.

This 5K iMac also features a sleek design, with an aluminum and glass enclosure and a slim profile of just 5mm at its edge. Moreover, Apple touts that it fully laminated the display of its 5K iMac, making it 75 percent less reflective. This antireflective coating should deliver impressively vibrant and accurate colors.

Other specs gracing this model include an Intel Core i5 processor clocked at 3.5GHz, 8GB of RAM, a 1TB Fusion Drive, four USB 3 ports and two Thunderbolt 2 ports, among the highlights.

Best Buy is now offering the 27-inch iMac with Retina 5K for $2,199.99, i.e. $100 off its regular pricing.

The retailer is also selling the 27-inch iMac All-in-One (AIO) with a WQHD resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels, 16:9 aspect ratio) for $100 off, meaning the device is now available for $1,699.99.

This model packs an Intel Core i5 processor running at 3.2GHz, 8GB of RAM (expandable up to 32GB), and a 1TB hard drive, among others. This 27-inch iMac AIO normally retails for $1,799.99.

Lastly, Best Buy is also offering the MacBook Pro with a 15.4-inch display, Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM, and 256GB of flash storage, for $1,899.99, which also shaves $100 off its regular pricing.

Highlights of this model include Intel Iris Pro Graphics, a 720p FaceTime HD camera, dual display and video mirroring, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.0, HDMI output, native Mini DisplayPort output, two Thunderbolt 2 ports, and two USB 3 ports. This MacBook Pro model should deliver up to nine hours of battery life on Wi-Fi or iTunes movie playback.

Best Buy doesn't note when these promotions will expire, but the discounted prices are likely part of a limited time deal. Consequently, interested customers who want to purchase a 27-inch iMac or a 15.4-inch MacBook Pro for $100 off might want to take advantage of this promotion while it lasts.
