Leaked specifications for the LG G Pro 3 indicate an impressive smartphone and could very well build upon LG's improving performance in the United States market after good sales for its flagship device, the LG G4.

Coming after the release of the LG G4 and continuing the LG G Pro line after the LG G Pro 2, the LG G Pro 3 is already in development and will feature powerful specifications upon its release.

According to a post on the Weibo profile of @Leaksfly, a popular tipster located in China, the smartphone will have a 6-inch capacitive touchscreen which could support quad HD with a 2,560 x 1,440 pixel resolution and a pixel density of 490 pixels per inch.

In addition to the massive screen, the smartphone will be packing the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset, the chip manufacturer's latest processor which has not yet been released into the market. The LG G Pro 3 will also pack no less than 4GB worth of RAM.

The rear-facing camera of the LG G Pro 3 will be a 20.7MP one with a Sony sensor and LED flash, 4K video recording and laser focus features. The front-facing camera, used for video calls and selfies, will be an 8MP one.

The smartphone will also be featuring 32GB of internal memory, with an expandable memory option through a microSD card slot to increase the LG G Pro 3's memory by up to 128GB.

Also according to @Leaksfly, the LG G Pro 3 will be featuring a fingerprint scanner upon release, along with support for pupil recognition.

It is expected that the smartphone will ship with Android 5.1 Lollipop pre-installed, with the rumored release date of the end of the year.

The expected price for an unlocked LG G Pro 3 is about $790, which is a good price for a smartphone that packs such powerful specifications and impressive features.

LG has not released any official details about the LG G Pro 3 yet, and as such, these rumored specifications will remain unconfirmed until LG confirms them. However, as the smartphone stands, it will surely be a viable option for power smartphone users looking to add another device to their collection.
