In two weeks when Xur next visits, Destiny will be a whole new world. The game's upcoming The Taken King expansion will be changing the game dramatically, with new areas to explore, enemies to face and gear to acquire.

Players in the meantime can stock up on their exotic weapons and gear by visiting Xur. Most of this gear will become obsolete with increased level cap of 40 in The Taken King, but certain items will be getting an upgrade to still be viable in Destiny's new end-game content.

Up for grabs this week from Xur are a couple of items players might find value in. Helm of Saint-14 is a solid choice for Titans who use the Ward of Dawn ability, as this particular item perk blinds enemies who step inside its radius.

Also worth checking out for Hunters is Khepri's Sting, which allows its wearer to become invisible shortly after crouching and granting a large melee damage boost when striking enemies from behind while stealthed. Pick up Patience and Time, which grants invisibility while aiming down the sights, for a double dose of active camouflage goodness. You can also pick up an exotic helmet engram for 23 Motes of Light.

Xur can be found this week hanging out in the Reef. Upon spawning, turn right, go down the stair and look right to find everybody's favorite tentacle face man. Check out his full list of wares below.
