Developer Rockstar Games has slashed prices across Grand Theft Auto V's online world because it's Labor Day weekend. The deals run through Labor Day, up to Tuesday, Sept. 8.

On top of the price cuts, Rockstar is offering GTA Online players two times the cash and two times the reputation in select game modes.

"Never ones to miss out on the chance to commandeer a holiday as an excuse for promotional discounts, the Los Santos Chamber Of Commerce is celebrating Labor Day in Southern San Andreas with a docket of new deals in GTA Online this weekend, along with bonuses on select recreational activities," said Rockstar.

The Labor Day deals kicked off on Sept. 4 with discounts from Elitas Travel, which sliced 25 percent off the top of all its aircraft. As the sponsor for Friday's GTA Online weekend deals, Elitas Travel offered two times RP and cash payouts on parachuting mission and air races.

Legendary Motorsport sponsored Saturday's promotions, cutting its own inventory by 24 percent and offering double rewards for all of the game's land races.

Docktease is cutting its prices by 25 percent on Sunday and is sponsoring double rewards for all sea races, and Warstock Cache & Carry will sponsor the last day of the weekend promotion.

"Cap off the long weekend with some urban warfare compliments of Warstock Cache & Carry. All day Monday, get 25 percent off their entire stock and earn two times RP and GTA$ payouts in all Deathmatches," Rockstar said.

GTA Online isn't the only place in publisher 2K Game's universe to find gaming goodies over the extended weekend. Elsewhere, Turtle Rock Studios is hosting a free play weekend of Evolve for Xbox One and PC gamers.

"You can experience everything Evolve has to offer: Four Monsters, 18 Hunters across four unique classes, five game modes, 19 maps, and the newly released Hunt 2.0—all playable for free this weekend," said Turtle Rock. "Following the free weekend, players that purchase the game will retain the progress they earn in the base game (not DLC unlocks)."

The free weekend ends for the Xbox One on Sept. 7 at 3 p.m. ET and on Steam at 1 p.m. ET.
