Imagine your child's artwork getting seen by billions of people around the world.

Google's annual 'Doodle 4 Google' contest is vying to make that possible. Just like last year, the tech company is encouraging students, kindergarten through 12th grade, to transform its homepage into their own personal canvases.

This year's Doodle 4 Google theme? "What makes me ... me." Young artists will have to doodle to the theme, while incorporating the letters 'G-O-O-G-L-E.' The national winner will receive a $30,000 college scholarship from Google. Contest entries can be submitted from Monday, Oct. 19 until Dec. 7, 2015.

In addition to answering the theme, Google encourages kids to express their full creativity, using everything "from crayons to clay, graphic design and even food and video games" in their doodles. If your kid is fussy about doodling — even for Google — convincing him or her that their work could be seen by billions around the world, should do the trick. Once the creative juices start flowing ... hey, you never know what kind of art and imagination your child is capable of tapping into.

Accompanying Google's Monday announcement were several doodle examples from kids.

Not bad at all, right? Now, let's see what your young artist is capable of.

Google will support .jpg, .png and .pdf formats for this contest. An 11-year-old won the contest last year. Who will take it this year? Kids, let your imagination run wild and find a way to creatively include the letters 'G-O-O-G-L-E' and that scholarship could be yours.
