The Hungarian camera operator who was seen kicking refugees as they attempt to race into the European country from war-torn Syria is making plans to sue one of the refugees she kicked along with Facebook.

The camera operator, who goes by the name, Petra Laszlo, angered the international community and was since fired from her position, and now she's out for revenge.

She claims the Syrian refugee she kicked, Osama Abdul Mohsen, changed his testimony against her. Apparently, at first he blamed the police but turned his attention towards her despite his previous testimonial.

"He changed his testimony, because he initially blamed the police," Laszlo said, though she can be clearly seen in two different videos kicking him. "My husband wants to prove my innocence. For him, it is now a matter of honor."

Laszlo's next aim is to sue Facebook for not removing threatening groups and comments about her, but instead removing groups and comments that were in defense of her actions. We're not certain how truthful this is and whether or not anything will come of it. What we can say, she has a lot of work ahead of her.

The incident took place on Sept. 8, 2015, near the Hungarian border. Syrian refugees were storming in, and Laszlo could be seen on video attempting to trip several refugees. She could also be seen stomping into their legs as they ran off into the country.

Another video shows the former camera operator tripping a male Syrian refugee while he was carrying his son in his arms. This is the video that ultimately brought the wrath of many down on Laszlo, and we see no end to this for months to come.

In a recent interview, Laszlo says she and her family feels threatened in Hungary, and as such, they might just have to relocate somewhere else, possibly Russia.

"We consider Russia, and we think that we will begin to learn Russian," according to Laszlo in an interview. "For us it is important to leave Hungary. We will decide after the trial."
