J.K. Rowling's smash "Harry Potter" series still shows flickers of life on the fan site Pottermore.com. Now the highly-acclaimed British author is revisiting her famous creation with a new short story on the webpage teasing "Potter-heads" that maybe one day she will pen a whole new tale for Harry.

The most recent entry on the site is from the voice of gossip columnist Rita Skeeter reporting from the Quidditch World Cup, where a 34-year-old Harry and his two sons are attending. Rowling catches her millions of fans up with what has been happening in the Chosen One's life as a Hogwarts graduate.

It's been seven years since Rowling released the final tome in the "Harry Potter" series, and clearly she has not lost her touch. Her legions of fans will feel as if time has stood still as she spins a tease of a story for the most loyal fans of the books. Rowling is at the top of her game as she gives the details of "Dumbledore's Army" watching the national pastime of wizards and witches.

In this story, Harry is now an Auror with the Ministry of Magic, married to Ginny Weasley and still recognized by the magic community as its most famous citizen. While Harry still has the lightning bolt on his forehead, he is now sporting another gash on his face, which Skeeter is convinced is a big story.

However after inquiring about the cut, the gossip reporter receives word from the Auror department that, "We do not comment on the top secret work of the Auror department, as we have told you no less than 514 times, Ms. Skeeter."

Also in attendance of the match are Harry's stalwart pals, the married couple of Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. While Ron worked briefly at the Ministry of Magic, he now helps operate his older brothers' shop, Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, in Diagon Alley.

Meanwhile, Hermione has moved up the ranks in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement and sits in the position as the deputy head that is on a path to shoot up the ranks of the Ministry. Skeeter also checks in on Neville Longbottom and Luna Lovegood, who are also in attendance at the Quidditch match.

The public's appetite still seems to be ravenous for anything "Potter," and although the Pottermore website will set you back a few bucks, it is worth every penny for the die hard fan.
