Black Friday is just around the corner, and among the top tech items on offer this year are streaming sticks and set top boxes. Here are the best deals around on Apple TV 4th and 3rd gen, Google Chromecast 2nd and 1st gen, Amazon Fire TV and Amazon Fire TV Stick, and the Roku SE and Roku Streaming Stick.

Apple TV: The latest version of Apple TV was recently introduced, and as such, discounts on the newest generation of the product are few and far between the biggest retailers. One smaller sized retailer, however, hhGregg, is offering the 64GB version for $179.99, $20 off the regular price. While Target is advertising 25 percent off of all Apple TV, it isn't expected to include the latest version. That means you can still pick up the 3rd gen version of the device for around $52.

Roku: Roku has a new limited edition streaming box called the Roku SE available just for the holidays. hhGregg has the best price on this item as well; just $19.99 compared to the announced list price of $49.99, but you can pick it up at larger retailers like Best Buy, Kohl's and Walmart for $5 more, at $24.99. Walmart also has some great deals on TCL 1080p Roku LED Smart HDTV's with built in Roku, with the 32-inch version going for $125 and the 55-inch version at $348. Best Buy and Staples are both offering the Roku Streaming Stick for $39.99, a $10 discount.

Google Chromecast: The 2nd gen version of Google's streamer is being offered in a special 2 pack sale for $50 at Best Buy, Costco and Staples. The device normally costs $35 for a single unit. Walmart is selling the older 1st gen version of the item for $20.

Amazon Fire: Amazon's Fire TV and Fire TV Stick are both going for a nice discount at the item's namesake. The retailer is offering the Fire TV Stick for $24.99, as opposed to the usual $39.99 retail price, while Fire TV is priced at just $74.99 compared to the usual $99.99 price tag. You can pick up either of these items for the same discount at Best Buy as well.
