Anyone can join the Catch Cup League; however, certain demands and specifications may hinder the majority of trainers to join the latest event. The rewards for "Pokemon GO's" Catch Cup awaits lucky trainers, making it a worthwhile event to participate and join.

According to Gamer Journalist, "Pokemon GO" demands people to bring teams with Pokemon caught from November 9 onwards. Older Pokemon would not be accepted by the game when entering the Catch Cup League's week-long event.

Additionally, Pokemon from egg hatches are allowed, provided that they were collected and opened during the start of Season 5 or later. The game's provisions are amping up the challenge for gamers to join the limited weekly event, having smaller choices for Pokemon to use, and having no time to cultivate and strengthen its team.
