Jeff Bezos said that the world should be focusing on both space travel and its industry, as well as the current crisis of the planet, Climate Change. The former Amazon CEO can do both ventures in one, and it is thanks to his space initiative, Blue Origin, and his organization that is focused on caring for the planet, the Bezos Earth Fund.

Jeff Bezos: Space Travel and Climate Change Priority

The recent Ignatius Forum in Washington, D.C. has invited the billionaire and philanthropist, Jeff Bezos, for an interview at the Washington Cathedral. Here, the CEO was asked regarding the priority that people should focus on, and it is with space travel or climate change.

Bezos has answered that people should focus on both ventures, especially as these are pressing issues that need addressing now.

The focus of these ventures can be answered by both of the billionaire's ventures that are still under his tutelage, Blue Origin and the Bezos Earth Fund. The different focuses of these organizations may be different, but the goal is to improve the overall life of humans, despite venturing more to space or staying on the planet.

Blue Origin is known to be offering seats for its next flights aboard the New Shepard, bringing people to new and greater heights that are seen by only a few people. On the other hand, the Bezos Earth Fund is a commitment by the Former Amazon CEO to protecting and helping the planet to achieve more and thrive in the future, by helping it repair and be preserved now.

Jeff Bezos and his Ventures

One of the world's top billionaires is known for his many ventures and achievements throughout the years, something that has made him popular many times now. Bezos has left Amazon early this year, but that does not mean that he is retiring for good, as he is focused on his next adventure, traveling to space, to which he already tested out.

Blue Origin is fairly young in the space race now, especially as it has made its prototype, the New Shephard, fly its first successful trip to the Earth's orbit with passengers on board. The company is aiming to score deals and projects with space agencies like NASA, but that has not been the case for them as the company went on to have legal disputes instead.

That being said, Blue Origin can still have other clients in the future, and it is not yet the end of the line for them. On the other hand, the Bezos Earth Fund is also here to continue the donations that Bezos and his investors bring in the focus on the planet's ecosystem and environment that is surely suffering from the many cases of abuse it takes.
