Membership prices for Walmart+ are dropping significantly from their original $98 down to just $49, but with a catch. This deal will not be free forever, and buyers only have until November 3, 2022, at 11:59 PM ET to avail of the package.

Walmart has Announced Its Black Friday Sale Plans

According to the story by Comic Book, Walmart has already announced its plan for the Black Friday Sale for the holiday season. The retailer plans to roll out discounts in waves as buyers are expected to get multiple chances to purchase different items.

Buyers who want to get their hands on good deals before stocks run out will have to do so with Walmart+ since members will be given early access. With that said, the company is also rolling out the membership at half its original price.

Walmart+ Memberships are Now Half Its Original Price

The catch is that buyers must purchase their full-year memberships before November 3 at 11:59 PM ET to get it at half its original price. Instead of paying $98, buyers can purchase the Walmart+ membership for as low as just $49.

Another interesting thing buyers can do should they want to use Walmart+ only for the coming Black Friday Sale is sign up for a 30-day free trial. This could also help buyers decide if they really want to subscribe to the membership.

Walmart+ Will Give Buyers Access to In-Demand Items Through Early Access

Walmart+ will be given access to certain in-demand items. Although not confirmed, the article by Comic Book notes that this could improve the buyers' chances of purchasing a PS5 this coming holiday season.

The membership deals will come in different waves, so buyers should prepare for the following dates. With Walmart+ memberships, buyers will get early access and can get their hands on certain in-demand items before everyone else.

1st event deals will start on November 7 at 7 PM ET and will continue until November 9. Walmart+ members will get early access from 12 PM ET to 7 P{M ET on Monday, November 7.
2nd event deals will start on November 14 at 7 PM ET and will continue until November 16. Walmart+ members will get early access from 12 PM ET to 7 P{M ET on Monday, November 14.
3rd event deals will start on November 21 at 7 PM ET and will continue until November 25. Walmart+ members will get early access from 12 PM ET to 7 P{M ET on Monday, November 21.
Cyber Monday event deals will start on November 28 with different in-demand gadgets expected to be discounted.

Buyers can Choose to Use Their 30-Day Free Trial If They Absolutely Don't Want to Pay

With the Walmart+ membership on a discount, buyers interested in purchasing in-demand items at massive discounts can avail of the membership deal. For buyers that don't plan to use the membership after this Black Friday sale, they can always opt for the 30-day free trial.
