Microsoft Shopping AI Tools

Microsoft Shopping already offers tools across Bing, Edge, Microsoft Start, and Outlook, providing time and money-saving features such as Coupons, Cashback, Price History, and Price Comparison.

The company claims that Microsoft Edge has saved shoppers worldwide a staggering $3.7 billion in the past year alone, with US shoppers saving an average of $400 per year through the browser.

The new Microsoft Shopping tools leverage the power of AI to simplify the shopping journey and empower users with comprehensive information from trusted sources. These tools are available in both Bing and Edge, creating a seamless shopping experience.

One of the notable features is the introduction of Buying Guides in Bing, which cater to specific needs and preferences. For instance, college students searching for the right supplies can turn to Bing for tailored Buying Guides that offer product suggestions, specifications, and smart compare tables.

This feature streamlines the research process and allows users to make informed decisions without having to navigate multiple websites.

Buying Guides are currently available in the US and will expand to other markets gradually. Edge users can also access Buying Guides through the sidebar or Bing Chat.

Another valuable addition is the summarized reviews and insights feature. When searching for a particular product, users can rely on Bing Chat in the Edge sidebar for guidance.

Bing will suggest key aspects to consider, such as quality and compatibility. Moreover, Bing Chat can provide brief summaries of online reviews and popular opinions and insights about the product.

This feature simplifies the review process and helps shoppers make well-informed choices.

Finding the Best Price

Microsoft Shopping tools also assist users in finding the best price and saving money. Price Match, a soon-to-be-available feature in the US, ensures that customers get the best possible price by monitoring item prices and facilitating price match requests.

Additionally, Price Comparison, Price History, Coupons, Cashback, and Package Tracking are existing features integrated into Edge, providing users with comprehensive information and opportunities to save.

To take advantage of these AI-powered shopping tools, users can visit bing.com/shopping on PC or mobile devices or download the Bing app.
