AI Video Search Engine

Babbobox has focused on addressing the challenge of video search by harnessing the capabilities of AI.

Currently, only a small percentage of video content is searchable, despite its dominance in internet traffic. However, Babbobox's Videospace, an AI-infused Video Search Engine, aims to revolutionize this situation.

By employing AI algorithms, Videospace can search and index various elements within videos, such as speech, objects, text, faces, and emotions. This technology enables organizations to extract valuable insights and data from their video assets, providing quick access to relevant information.

Epiq Global, a provider of legal and business services, has already embraced Babbobox's technology to introduce EpiqFAST, an innovative solution often referred to as the "courtroom of the future."

Powered by Microsoft Azure, EpiqFAST uses AI to improve the justice system by providing real-time transcription, speaker separation, and audio search capabilities.

This integration of AI into the legal industry enables rapid data extraction and analysis, ultimately enhancing access to justice and reducing labor-intensive processes. Recognizing the potential benefits, a Singaporean judiciary system awarded Babbobox a tender for its Azure Speech services.

AI-driven Omnichannel Customer Engagement

Another Singaporean start-up, Wiz.AI, is collaborating with Microsoft to develop AI-driven omnichannel customer engagement tools. At the core of their offerings is the Talkbot, an AI-powered conversational agent that aims to revolutionize business-customer communication.

By leveraging advanced natural language processing and machine learning techniques, Talkbot delivers highly personalized and localized customer engagements across various communication channels, including telephony, chat, messaging, and email.

Notably, Talkbot possesses the ability to understand and respond in over 17 languages, including colloquial variations. Wiz.AI's solutions have received accreditation from Singapore's Infocomm Media Development Authority, affirming their compliance with industry standards and their potential to enhance customer service capabilities, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across diverse sectors.

In the insurance industry, Wiz.AI's Talkbots have demonstrated their value by offering highly personalized customer experiences. New customers receive welcome and onboarding calls, replacing traditional brochure and flyer methods.

Talkbots also facilitate premium payment reminders, and compliance-related interactions, and address frequently asked questions.
