The Force is calling you this December to watch "Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens," when it hits theaters but you can have an equally awesome "Star Wars" experience even before the film comes out. Belgium is celebrating the highly successful franchise with its own ice sculpture festival.

You read that right. The "Ice Star Wars Festival" is kicking off on Nov. 14 in Liège-Guillemins, Belgium featuring the talents of 30 commissioned artists from 12 countries tasked to transform 500 tons of ice and snow into 61 "Star Wars" inspired ice sculptures that will be on display until Jan. 31, 2016. The festival is open to the public everyday from 10:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. and reservations are not required to enter since ticket booths are set up outside the venue.

The ticket prices range from €10.00 ($10.77) for kids 4-11 years of age; €12.00 ($12.92) for students, adults 65 years old and above, persons with physical disabilities and carers; and €14.00 ($15.08) for adults, Children below 4 years old may enter the venue for free. Group rates apply to groups with 20 persons and above with a discount of €2.00 ($2.15) per person. Disneyland Season or Annual Passport holders get a whopping 50 percent discount so, if you have one, make sure to present it to the ticket booth on the day of your visit.

The Ice Star Wars Facebook page has already been giving sneak peeks of the different sculptures as the commissioned artists finish their sculptures in time for the festival's opening. The sculptures on display take on the form of various characters, droids and vehicles in the "Star Wars" universe. From giant busts of Yoda, Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Kylo Ren and General Ackbar to full body sculptures of Han Solo and Jabba the Hutt and replicas of The Millenium Falcon and destroyer droids. Of course, it wouldn't be fun if Han Solo in Carbonite is not transformed into ice.

More information, as well as a full list of the sculptures on display and the floor plan may be accessed from the Ice Star Wars website.
