Apple announced the iPad Pro on Sept. 9 but the tablet was released on Nov. 11. Owners of the new iPad Pro are complaining of various issues surrounding the new iDevice.

Customers of the 12.9-inch iPad Pro will not be happy if their new tablet is giving problems as the starting price tag of iPad Pro is $799.

Several customers have complained that the iPad Pro shuts off and becomes unresponsive while charging.

"At night it was down to 40% so I charged it and went to bed.  When I woke up it was "dead".  It wouldn't wake up.  I needed to perform a hard reset to get it to come to life.  Worked on it for a couple of hours and had to run an errand," complained a user on an Apple forum. "Plugged it back in as I was going to need a full charge later that day.  Came back to it, same thing. Dead.  I needed to perform a hard reset to get it to turn on."

A Reddit user also highlighted that the same issue with the iPad Pro.

"I thought that maybe I didn't plug it in all the way on the charger overnight and it ran out of juice. I plugged it back in and waited for an hour and it still didn't come back on. As I was getting ready to head to the Apple Store to return it, I tried holding the power and home buttons as a last ditch effort and it powered back on at 100% battery," complained a new iPad Pro user on Reddit.

Apple has not yet responded to the charging problem but customers will hope that the company resolves the issue at the earliest with a software upgrade.

Some iPad owners have also complained of issues with the Spotify app on the iPad Pro.

"The Spotify app opens to the splash page and hangs there indefinitely. At this page, the home button stops working (ie. it won't return me to the home screen)," noted an iPad Pro user on a Spotify forum.

The customer says that the iPad has to be locked with the power button and then unlocked to get in the home screen.

Apple is yet to address the problems with the iPad Pro but a Spotify forum suggests that the Spotify app crash issue with the iPad Pro is under investigation.
