With Cyber Monday fast approaching, T-Mobile has announced an iPhone upgrade offer to entice consumers to sign up with the Un-Carrier.

For Cyber Monday, T-Mobile said that it will be relaunching one of the company's most popular deals for the year, according to a press release.

Beginning on 2:01 AM PST on Nov. 30, customers that purchase a new iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus online will be given a free memory upgrade. Customers that acquire a 16 GB model for the iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus will see the devices upgraded for free to the 64 GB model, while those that acquire a 64 GB model of the two Apple smartphones will see the devices upgraded for free to the 128 GB model.

According to T-Mobile, customers can take advantage of the free iPhone upgrade by simply adding the 64 GB model or the 128 GB model in their carts while shopping at T-Mobile's online store. The pricing shown upon check-out will reflect the offer.

"Additional memory means more space for the epic photos and videos shot on your iPhone," T-Mobile said in the press release announcing the return of the free iPhone upgrade for Cyber Monday, adding that the additional space means more music for the user and more room for growing content libraries, along with memory to install more of the 1.5 million apps that are currently available on Apple's App Store.

T-Mobile reiterated that the offer can only be accessed by customers online. In addition, inventory is limited, which means that customers looking to take advantage of the offer on Cyber Monday will have to be ready by the time it goes online on Nov. 30.

The free iPhone upgrade offer will end at 11:59 PM PST on Dec. 1, or until supplies last.

Earlier in the month, T-Mobile launched its Super Smartphone Deals ahead of Cyber Monday that covers several popular smartphones, including the iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, LG G4, LG V10, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy S6 Edge+, Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note 5. With the offer, customers could take $100 off from the purchase price of the devices.
