The LG-built Google Nexus 5 has been one of the most popular Nexus smartphones released. The handset's overall size and 4.95-inch 1080p display are among its best features, and now, you can score an unlocked 32 GB Nexus 5 for $199.99.

Most Android smartphone fans are patiently waiting for their manufacturer and carrier to release an Android 6.0 Marshmallow update, but owners of Google's Nexus smartphone series are already enjoying all of the new features Marshmallow brings with it.

One of Android 6.0 Marshmallow's best new features is how it extends battery life. The new Doze feature is able to tell when you're not using the device and automatically puts it into a sleep state and App Standby monitors apps and limits their impact on battery life based on how often you use the app.

Google Now has been kicked up a notch with Now on Tap, which brings Google Now-like cards to apps with useful information or shortcuts to things like adding an event to your calendar, restaurant information, directions and more while in a text message. Android 6.0 also manages App permissions by allowing you to easily control what you want to share and when, and you can also easily turn them off at any time. Those are only some of Marshmallow's best features.

While Google is currently selling only the new Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P via its online store, that doesn't mean you can't get an Android 6.0-capable Nexus smartphone with great specs and an even greater price. Expansys is offering the unlocked LG-built Nexus 5 with 32 GB of internal storage for $199.99.

The LG Nexus 5 features a 4.95-inch 1920 by 1080 True HD IPS+ display with a pixel density of 445 pixels per inch (ppi) with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The smartphone is powered by a 2.3 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, Adreno 330 GPU (graphics processing unit) and 2 GB of RAM. The handset ships with 32 GB of internal storage and Android 4.4 KitKat, which is upgradable to Google's latest version of Android, 6.0 Marshmallow, out of the box.

The Nexus 5's camera capabilities consist of an 8 megapixel rear camera with autofocus, OIS (optical image stabilization) and 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera for video chatting and selfies. The handset also includes wireless charging built in, although you'll need to supply a Qi-compatible charger to take advantage of the feature. The smartphone uses a 2,300 mAh battery that will provide up to 17 hours of talk time and 300 hours of standby time.
