Samsung is the top High Definition TV manufacturer in the world today, so it isn't surprising to see that the company is willing to sell its new TV for $120,000. No joke here folks, Samsung's new 105-inch UHD TV will cost $120,000 to own.

Question is, what could be the reasoning behind such a high price. Well, it might have a lot to do with the curved display. It's a new industry trend, as it is supposed to make watching TV more immersive for the viewer due to taking up more the user's peripheral vision. Furthermore, the larger the screen, the better the effect, so we are patiently expecting a Samsung UHD TV that is much larger than 105-inches in the coming years.

According to Samsung, the curve creates the ultimate cinematic experience. We're not so sure about that since we've never experienced it ourselves. If Samsung wants to send one to us, we'd gladly give it a spin, but we won't spend $120,000 to have the honors.

Now, the large screen size isn't the only aspect that kicks the price up to $120,000. The screen itself is home to 11 million pixels, and it comes with Samsung's Smart Hub. What is Smart Hub? Well, it is designed to allow users to display streaming services such as Netflix on the big screen, along with personal photos, and videos. In addition, users will have the ability to surf the web on the device.

Interestingly enough, users can split the screen into four parts. This would allow owners to watch videos, surf the web, watch TV all at the same time. This is likely an overload, but who doesn't like extra features, just as long as these features are worth using.

For those who are interested in purchasing this 105-inch UHD TV from Samsung, just keep in mind that it is impossible at this moment to find this TV in stores. For now, Samsung is building to order, and those who make an order must be prepared to host Samsung's "Field Engineers" at home. They'll tag along with the delivery guy to make sure the owner of this massive TV gets to know everything when it comes down to using it, and hopefully taking care of it.
