Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and Aquaman will have to make more superheroes to join them for the upcomping “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” movie. It has just been confirmed that The Flash and Cyborg will also be joining the fray against gods and men, superheroes and Doomsday.

Until recently, the inclusion of The Flash and Cyborg were mere rumors, but their appearance in “Dawn of Justice” clearly shows how the film is laying the groundwork for DC's cinematic world and the beginnings of the “Justice League” ensemble movie.

The news comes via Entertainment Weekly's Anthony Breznican who has seen an advanced screening of the completed movie and mentioned that other notable heroes will be making brief cameo appearances.

"There are other characters, like Aquaman, The Flash, and Cyborg who turn up in kind of smaller roles, more cameo oriented,” he said.

“Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” is scheduled to come out later this month on March 25. The movie will focus on the rivalry between the superhero of Metropolis, Superman and the vigilante Dark Knight of Gotham, Batman.

Joining them will be the Amazon warrior, Wonder Woman, and the king of Atlantis, Aquaman, to defeat the ultimate villain who wants to lay destruction upon the earth – Doomsday.

As previously reported, both Wonder Woman and Aquaman will also be coming out with their own standalone movies after their introduction in “Batman v Superman.” The “Wonder Woman” movie will be released in May 2017 and the “Aquaman” solo flick will be out in theaters the following year in 2018.

One Justice League member who will not likely be included in the roster any time soon will be Green Lantern. According to Charles Roven, producer of “Batman v Superman,” with so many characters to introduce for the first “Justice League” movie, it may not be possible to include a new big screen incarnation of Green Lantern as well.

“For now, we felt that we were introducing enough characters that the best possible place we could put Green Lantern is some introduction in Justice League 2, or barring that, a movie after,” he said
