Samsung's Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge are pegged to hit the shelves beginning March 11 in various markets across the globe. It appears that T-Mobile is planning to offer a buy one Galaxy S7 or S7 edge, get one promo to sweeten the pot.

TmoNews reports that a source, probably an employee at T-Mobile, sent in an image showing off a document from the carrier. This document suggests that T-Mobile is going to kick off a "Buy GS7/GS7 edge and get GS7/GS7 edge Free" promo when these devices are released in the market.

Interested consumers must have to meet a few requirements, though, to qualify for this buy-one-get-one deal for the newest Samsung flagships.

1. Both phones should be bought on Equipment Installment Plans (EIP).
2. Consumers should need at least one new line of service.
3. Customers should pay the taxes and any down payment.
4. There is likewise a mention of a prepaid MasterCard mail-in rebate (MIR).
5. For every account, the document says that this deal includes a limit of two free phones.
6. Lastly, T-Mobile employees do not qualify for the offer.

While there is nothing official yet, it is wise if you take this story with a grain of salt. However, we'll keep you posted if this rumor turns out to be true.

Last month, Tech Times reported another deal from Verizon Wireless to attract consumers to snag the newly unveiled Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. The carrier is bundling a free Gear S2 or Gear Virtual Reality headset when preordering one of these two new flagship devices, but for a limited time only.

This deal, which is exclusively available online, is slated to expire this coming March 18.

As soon as customers have made their purchase, they can already register their new device on the promotional site of Verizon and pick either the Samsung's smart timepiece or the VR headset.

"From 2/23/16 through 3/18/16, purchase a Samsung GS7 or GS7 edge on device payment," reads the fine print of the Verizon's offering. "Offer claim form and valid purchase receipt must be submitted online by 3/31/16 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST. Subject to verification, customers will receive offer within approximately 4-6 weeks after verification of offer claim."
