It could be a case of "Footloose" in England.

In August, a video was posted to YouTube that shows one of the palace guards of Buckingham Palace -- you know the ones, dressed in red and white and wearing a tall bearskin hat -- adding some simple dance moves to his usual routine of pacing back and forth. The video has taken off online in the last few days, hitting almost 1 million views.

The guard does a variety of moves, including some slow-motion walking (stylish, if this was 1987), a few zesty gestures and a pirouette-like spin move.

According to the Daily Mail, the guard's cap with a small white plume on the side marks him as a Grenadier. And apparently theses smooth moves were busted out during a period when the Queen was not in residence during her vacation in Scotland.

Reportedly, his higher-ups are none too pleased about his dance moves, and he will apparently face a reprimand of some sort. A Ministry of Defence spokeswoman told the Daily Mail, "Anyone who is found to fall short of the Army's high standards can expect to face appropriate action."

Needless to say, the palace grounds just got a bit less funky.
