The Nextbit Robin is currently on sale at Amazon for only $299. That's 25 percent off the original price, making it a good deal for anyone who is looking to get the cloud-based smartphone.

This bargain is going up right after it went on sale last month with the same $100 discount from the same retailer.

At this point, it's probably safe to assume that a lot of people are already sold on the smartphone, but for those who don't know what it has to bring to the table yet, here are a couple of noteworthy features it has in store and, of course, its specs.

The Nextbit Robin sports a 5.2-inch IPS LCD display that's topped off with a Corning Gorilla Glass 4, pushing out a 1,920 x 1,080 resolution. It also runs on Android Marshmallow out of the box, making it a good choice for those who are itching to take out the latest OS out for a spin.

Under the hood, it houses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 and 3 GB worth of RAM, delivering a nice and smooth experience in terms of performance. To keep the lights on, it's loaded with a 2,680 mAh. That should be enough to power it through the day.

Capacity-wise, it provides 32 GB of internal storage. Now that doesn't really sound much, but as everyone may know by now, it features a 100 GB intelligent cloud storage.

To explain what that entails, the handset automatically backs up photos and apps to the cloud whenever it's plugged in with an available internet connection. What's more, when the storage is running low at about 2 GB, it'll move the least used apps to the cloud too, and to let users know which ones were transferred, the corresponding apps' icons will be grayed out and become "ghost icons," as Nextbit puts it.

As for the cameras, it's equipped with a 13 MP rear-facing snapper with phase detection, autofocus and dual-tone flash and a 5 MP front-facing shooter.

Other notable features it has to offer include a fingerprint sensor and NFC support, not to mention that it's Android Pay ready. It's also future proof because of its USB Type-C.

Unfortunately, it's only compatible with GSM carriers such as AT&T and T-Mobile, as the CDMA variant didn't exactly pan out.

With all said and done, head on over to the Amazon listing if this cloud-based mobile tickles your fancy and get it in either mint or midnight.
