National Football League (NFL) player, Devon Still, reveals that he gave pep talk to his 4-year old daughter Leah just before going for a cancer surgery.

The Cincinnati Bengals player also posted a small video that shows Still asking his daughter if she is ready for the surgery. Still also revealed that he was scared and nervous before his daughter's surgery.

"Pre-surgery pep talk...I might be nervous and scared beyond words but I'll never let her see," tweeted Still.

Leah underwent a surgery on Thursday, Sept. 25, which involved the removal of a tumor from her abdomen. Leah was diagnosed with neuroblastoma on June 2 this year and doctors suggested that she had a 50-50 chance of survival.

Leah's medical condition also affected Still's time on the football field. The Cincinnati Bengals player was cut off from the training camp, but was then brought back to the team squad.

Still has also donated the money from the sales of his jersey to Cincinnati Children's Hospital. The donation will be used for pediatric cancer treatment and research work. Reports suggest that Still's jersey number 75 much quicker than any other player's jersey over a span of just one day in the history of Cincinnati Bengals.

A spokesperson of the Cincinnati Bengals announced that the franchisee sold more than 9,000 jersey number 75. Sean Payton, head coach of New Orleans Saints, has ordered 100 number 75 jerseys to support the good cause.

Still tweeted again after the surgery and revealed Leah's surgery lasted for about six hours and doctors were successfully able to remove the entire tumor from Leah's abdomen. In a separate tweet, Still disclosed that even though it was a big step in Leah's cancer treatment, she is still not free from cancer.

As Leah is suffering from the cancer at Stage 4, it had also spread to her bone marrow. Still's tweet suggests that Leah will undergo a few more treatments in a bid to remove the cancer.
