It's powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, Adreno 418 GPU (graphics processing unit) and 2 GB of RAM.
Other features include a 12.3-megapixel rear camera with laser autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash, ability to capture 4K video @30fps, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video chat. Below the rear camera, users will find a fingerprint scanner used for unlocking the device and authorizing payments.
In terms of battery life, Google claims the Nexus 5X's 2,700 mAh non-removable battery will allow talk time of up to 20 hours and standby time of up to 420 hours, and it also includes fast charging support, which can provide up to 4 hours of use from only 10 minutes of charging.
