Sony just revealed which titles it will be showcasing at the biggest trade fair for games and entertainment in Europe.

Posting on the German PlayStation Blog, Sony put up a list that includes more than a dozen PlayStation VR games that event attendees will be able to check out. In fact, there will be 50 play stations dedicated to the PlayStation VR, plus a 15-seater area for virtual racing with Gran Turismo Sport.

When Gamescom kicks off next week, however, it will not only see a booth from Sony but also the PlayStation Truck with a mixed zone where an indoor cinema will be set up to highlight titles like Days Gone, Detroit: Become Human and Horizon Zero Dawn. In the mixed area, games may also be played.

In Gamescom's Hall 7, the PlayStation stage will be home to not just varied programs, but will also provide fans a chance to get up close and personal with developers and other industry personalities that will be interviewed by Inside PlayStation.

Games playable on the PlayStation VR include:

Batman: Arkham VR
Battlezone
Bound VR
EVE Valkyrie
Far Point
Hatsune Miku: VR Future Live
Headmaster

Some games were labeled "What Can I See?" hinting that some titles will be showcased during the event but will not offer hands-on experiences. These games include:

Aboard the PlayStation Truck and within the mixed zone, Gamescom attendees can expect to learn more about:

It's anticipated that the PlayStation VR area will be very busy during Gamescom, so attendees who wish to spend some time with Sony's upcoming VR headset are advised to reserve their slots. Again, there will be 50 VR play stations during the event.

Gamescon will be held in Cologne, Germany and will run from Aug. 18 to 21. Attendees are advised to be mindful of the event's security measures and costume guidelines.
