It's time to refrain from ordering yet another Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks. While the popular fall beverage will still be around for some time, the coffee giant is whipping up some spectacularly spooky treats that consumers won't want to miss because they will only be available for a limited time.

This includes one of the popular seasonal secret menu items that has been quietly making a cameo on the menu for the past two years: the Franken Frappuccino.

Franken Frapp Secret Menu Item

Since this is labeled a "secret menu item," the Franken Frapp may or may not be advertised on the menu chalkboards at your local Starbucks. That also means that many baristas may not even know what you are talking about, let alone how to make the beverage.

However, all Starbucks junkies need to know is what ingredients are mashed together for this monster of a drink to be able to order it and start sipping on one in the spirit of Halloween.

The Franken Frapp at its core is a Green Tea Frappuccino. However, it also includes peppermint syrup, white chocolate sauce and java chips, and is topped off with whipped cream and mocha drizzle.

The end result makes the drink look like a mint chocolate chip shake, but it is pretty much an improved version of a Peppermint Mocha Frapp.

Other Halloween-themed Starbucks Secret Menu Items

The Franken Frapp is being sold for a limited time at participating locations, although we're pretty sure that even clueless baristas will make it for consumers who know the ingredients — as long as there isn't a crazy line. The Franken Frapp joins other Halloween-themed drinks like the popular Frappula, a white mocha and strawberry puree blended beverage that has an ombre blood effect among clouds of whipped cream.

There is also another even rarer Halloween secret menu item for all those PSL fans. Dubbed the Jack-o-ccino, this frappuccino contains pumpkin and java chips and is topped off with whipped cream and mocha drizzle.

The Halloween menu is available in select stores starting Oct. 28 to Nov. 1.
