The new episode of South Park is one of the best of the season. In many ways, this episode might very well be the very best of the season so far. The episode is called "The Hobbit," and it is a fitting end to the season, which is quite sad because we were expecting a maximum of 14 episodes. However, over the years, South Park seasons have been getting shorter.

The Hobbit introduced a new character to South Park, who goes by the name Lisa Berger. She's lacking confidence, and this where Wendy takes the time out to try and give her that boost to help with her self-esteem. This brought about several entertaining scenes, including ones with the ever clueless Butters who see Lisa Berger as a girl who is too fat for him.

What Butters said to Lisa got Wendy in a rage, which forced her to have a word with the clueless child himself. This lead to Wendy altering the image of Lisa to show Butters how the likes of Kim Kardashian looks so good in photos after not too long ago having a baby.

What Wendy did, made Lisa Berger a popular girl who now has a boyfriend in Clyde. This whole time Clyde was walking with Lisa hand-in-hand and showing off to his friend the Photoshop altered of his girlfriend to his friends instead of the real person beside him.

Just when I thought the episode could not get any better, the writers introduced Kanye West, whom by now you should know as Kim Kardashian's fiancé. Kanye made his way into the class room  with the sole intention of proving his girlfriend is not Hobbit. This came about after Wendy called her a Hobbit in front of Butters, who took it as offensive.

It got to the point where every girl in the school wanted their images altered to gain the attention from the boys. It later brought on a parody of Britney Spears controversial song, Work B***h. The songs didn't end there; the writers made a parody of Kanye West's new single, Bound 2 as well.

While The Hobbit episode was extremely funny, there was a powerful message hidden inside - celebrities like Kim Kardashian are giving young girls false hope, making them believe it is possible to achieve a body that was altered with Photoshop.

The end scene was quite sad as Wendy sat around the computer with tears in her eyes. She slowly altered her image, which is likely a ploy to fit in with her friends.
