So there's a Peanuts movie in the making, and it is set for release by November 2015. The film is based on the popular comic and animated series that we've all come to love, and fans can get lost in the recently released trailer and images.

The movie is produced by Blue Sky Studios and 20th Century Fox, and interestingly enough, the new set of photos were released on the birthday of Charles Schulz, the creator of Peanuts. Mr. Schulz is no longer with us, unfortunately, as he died back in 2000.

However, his comic strips have touched so many hearts since the 1950s and continue to do so to this very day. The film is the first feature-length Peanuts movie since 1980. The creators know there is no room for failure as fans won't allow them to live it down.

The movie, from our understanding, is a comedy and will cost around $100 million to make. This means that Blue Sky Studios will have to pull out all the stops for this film to make it big at the box office.

To be considered a success, Peanuts will likely have to make more than $300 million, which should be a walk in the park due to the massive fan base and the November timing of its release.

We should also point out that the Peanuts film is actually called Snoopy and Charlie Brown: The Peanuts Movie. It's a long title, and people don't tend to like long titles, so expect everyone to just call it the Peanuts movie.

The teasers released have everything that one would expect from the Peanuts franchise. A lot of smiles everywhere and the classic sleeping Snoopy on top of his dog house. It's wonderful to look at, and we can't wait until the end of 2015 to see if Blue Sky Studios is capable of doing justice to the characters, or destroying them altogether.

The hype is huge right now, and fans from every walk of life are extremely excited.
