A screenshot of what is believed to be the Samsung Galaxy S6 AnTuTu benchmark has made its way online. The smartphone will reportedly have a 5.5-inch Quad HD display, 64-bit processor, and more.

As 2014 is coming to a close, we're beginning to hear more details on next-generation Android smartphones from the biggest players. We just reported that HTC is reportedly planning to unveil its 2015 flagship smartphone, the HTC 'Hima', which is rumored to be announced at CES 2015 in January. The smartphone is believed to use the same premium aluminum build that made its predecessor a huge success.

All eyes will be on Samsung in March at Mobile World Congress 2015 in Barcelona. The company is expected to kick off the conference with its highly anticipated Galaxy S6 smartphone. The handset is rumored to feature a new design that has been built from the ground up and looks dramatically different than the current Galaxy S5, which practically mirrored the design of its predecessor, the Galaxy S4.

Samsung is going to ensure that the Galaxy S6 has all of the latest specs and features to compete with flagship smartphones like the iPhone 6, HTC 'Hima', and LG G3. Like the G3, the Galaxy S6 will reportedly feature a 5.5-inch Quad HD display, according to an AnTuTu screenshot of the Samsung G925F, believed to be the Galaxy S6.

As you can see in the image above, the Samsung G925F is the model number of the mystery smartphone. The device is running Android 5.0 Lollipop, which is expected to be released as a software update for the Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy Note 3, and Galaxy S5. The smartphone is listed as having a 5.5-inch Quad HD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440, which is the same resolution found on the flagship Galaxy Note 4 phablet.

The Benchmark shows the Samsung G925F, which is believed to be the Samsung Galaxy S6, has 32 GB of internal storage and its rear camera will be a 20-megapixel shooter, some rumors claim it will use a Sony sensor for improved quality and performance. Selfie fans will appreciate the 5-megapixel front-facing camera on board.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 will get a boost in the processor department and feature a Samsung Exynos 7420 octa-core 64-bit processor, ARM Mali-T760 GPU (graphics processing unit) and 3 GB of RAM.

As always, take rumors of unannounced and highly anticipated smartphones with a grain of salt. We'll be sure to keep you updated with all Galaxy S6 news.
