People are getting creative with their clean, sleek Apple Cards, but one man decided that he's making his titanium card fully functional, like a knife.

With its all-white finish, the Apple Card is certainly tempting to customize and design, but this may be taking it a step further.

Making A Knife Out Of Apple Card

A YouTube video by Mirkojax ASMR shows how the Apple Card can be sharpened in sandpaper, so it can be used as a razor-sharp knife effectively. From chopping vegetables to cutting paper in half, this pocket-sized knife is handy and functional.

Of course, it should be noted that it is not advisable to file the Apple Card or any titanium credit card, for that matter into knives. Not only does it render the cards potentially unusable, but turning credit cards into weapons would require them to be handed over to security at airports or other secure areas.

Other Apple Card owners aren't making their cards quite so cutting-edge, but there are a few who are letting their creative juices flow and making the card's tempting all-white finish their blank canvas.

One user ran his card under a CNC machine to create an intricate design resembling a playing card, while another polished off the entire white coating of his card for an all-metal finish that looked sleek and one-of-a-kind.

For its part, Apple has warned clients not to store their cards in leather or denim wallets to maintain its pristine white color. Instead, the minimalist cards should ideally be stored in soft material away from loose metal objects that can damage the strip.

With regard to upkeep, the Apple Card can be wiped clean using a soft, microfiber cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol.

Is The Apple Card Worth It?

Apple promises a new credit card experience with the Apple Card with iPhone integration, lack of annual and late fees, and the highest level of security, but is it truly worth it?

Since it only caters to iPhone users with the Apple Wallet app, the Apple Card casts quite a limited net. CNET noted that it does offer great perks such as the seamless and easy-to-understand app, cashback, and lack of fees.

However, other cards offer better cashback card options as well as credit cards with amazing rewards systems and premium features.
