Pokemon GO Community day poll that will determine which Pokemon will be soon featured on Pokemon Go Community day had just released its results on Monday, Feb. 3.
After the very close fight between Dratini, Vulpix, Machop, and Rhyhorn, the winner is now announced via Pokemon GO. If fans are going to compare the result on the game's Twitter survey, 39.9% from the Twitterverse voted the winning pocket monster-- the Ground-rock Pokemon called Rhyhorn.
Rhyhorn just won the Pokemon Go February community day survey!
After all the collected number of Field Research tasks completed by thousands of PoGo players during the community day poll, the crowd has now spoken.
Rhyhorn, the first-ever winner of Community day poll, is now scheduled to be featured on Pokemon GO February Community Day on Saturday, Feb. 22 that will run from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. local time for the northern part, while the southern hemisphere players will run from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time.
How to evolve Rhyhorn to Rhyperior?
Though Rhyhorn can be a little bit weak compared to other pocket monsters, you will be surprised with what Rhyperior-- its final evolution-- can do!
Interestingly, trainers will have the chance to evolve Rhyhorn into Rhyperior and even be able to learn its powerful attack and signature move called Rock Wrecker.
As of now, Rock Wrecker's stats are not yet released by Niantic, but according to Pokemon Go Hub, this attack move is a "damage-dealing Rock-type move first introduced in Generation IV. Prior to Generation V, it was the signature move of Rhyperior."
With this, it is expected to be a frontrunner if you're planning to outstand other pocket monsters on the game.
Free gifts on February community day: Stardust and shiny Rhyhorn
Aside from encountering Rhyhorn on the next Community day, trainers can also receive tons of free gifts from the game such as 3X Catch Stardust and even encountering a Shiny Rhyhorn.
An expected win for Rhyhorn
This would be the first time that Niantic made the trainers decide which pocket monster will be the next featured Pokemon on Community Day. Though the result was based on a survey, it is kind of expected that Rhyhorn would be the next featured Pokemon.
According to an article on Forbes, Rhyhorn has already declared a winner from the start of the poll since social media users instantly voted it by a landslide. Aside from that, longtime players of the game do not seem to like anyone apart from Rhyhorn since the other choices for the spot do not have a unique and powerful skill behind them.
Now, the exciting part is whether Niantic will continue the pattern of mass voting when it comes to choosing the next Pokemon on March Community day.
