Just like any other video game, PUBG players do not want their records or progress to be just wiped away instantly, especially if PUBG is making an upgrade. Once this happens again, do you what to do? If not, here are some tips.

According to PUBG itself, when there is server maintenance made by the game, no one can access and connect to their game.

If that's not the case, though, PUBG advises these steps. First, fix your internet and DMZ. Then, check the settings of the gameplay. If device manager is not visible, change the View Criteria to Large Icon, Small Icon, or Classic View; check your Windows Firewall as there are times that it can block your game; lastly, antivirus programs can also alter your gaming display-- make sure to check on it.
