In Florida, the supporters of the United States President Donald Trump celebrated his 74th birthday with parades, caravans, and flotillas, the New York Times reported.

On Sunday, June 14, the current president of the United States celebrated one of the most important life events in his adopted home state--where it gathered more than 1,000 boats. 

Meanwhile, in Palm Beach County, the official location of his Mar-a-Lago resort, another group of caravans consisting of trucks, boats, and motorcycles traveled along the highways, and intercoastal waterways various moments within that day. The event organizers also saw this belonging to the president's re-election campaign in the state.

However, the Palm Beach Post reported there were also ant-Trump caravans across the nation on Sunday, which also protested against racial injustice and police reforms. 

In Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Florida Keys, Jacksonville, and Pensacola, pro-Trump flotillas are also part of the plans. These are areas where he was set to be renominated for another term at the end of August.

Republican-friendly retirement area in The Villages, located northwest of Colorado, supporters of the president held a golf cart parade to honor his 74th birthday. Golf carts are frequent around here. 

On Saturday, Trump spoke to West Point graduates, who said that his birthday would be held in coincidence with the U.S. Army's 245th founding anniversary. Looking at it, the birthday celebration was generally low-key. 

"Unrelated, going to be my birthday also," U.S. President Trump said. "I don't know if that happened by accident. Did that happen by accident, please? But it's a great day because of that Army birthday."

Twitter trends

On Twitter, the social media platform where Trump frequently trends, Mashable reported how the netizens celebrated the occasions by tweeting about his opposition, the former U.S. president Barack Obama. 

A known Democrat leader, Obama, trended for many parts of the day, with hashtags #BarackObamaDay, #ObamaDayUSA, and #ObamaDayJune14th. However, the favorite hashtag was #AllBirthdaysMatter, a spin-off from the popular #BlackLivesMatter circulating around during the previous weeks since the fiasco. 

The netizens tweeted praises for the former leader alongside statements about the incumbent leader's "incompetence." One of them wrote, "Smart intelligence leadership. I miss that everyday." 

There were quite a few others who posted, "Best president in my lifetime. Right @realDonaldTrump? You're the worst."

The people could not help but to refer to the protest issue, comparing his speeches to those of Barack Obama's. #AllBirthdaysMatter is a reference to "all lives matter," which is often likewise an attempt to oppose Black Lives Matter campaigns, trending alongside the birthday celebration. Were there Kpop fans too? Yes.

Presidential daughter also chose to be low-key on the day of his father's birthday. Ivanka Trump also posted her greeting online. The rest of his children also followed suit.

The president is seeking another term this 2020.
