BBC reported this week that Reeves is planning to auction a chance for a live interview with him on the teleconferencing app, Zoom. Since even celebrities are now experiencing lockdown due to coronavirus, it was expected that almost all of them are inside their homes. And that's what Reeves realizes during the lockdown.
To help with communities in need during the pandemic, John Wick actor partnered with Camp Rainbow Gold to offer a 15-minute Zoom one-on-one talk with the actor.
"Bill & Ted. Speed. The Matrix. John Wick. You know him. You love him," the event description reads. "This is truly priceless, and now you have the chance to Zoom with him from home!"
So, if you've got the money and the persistence to talk with John Wick himself, the option lies on you.

Unfortunately, the price for a virtual date with John Wick comes with a price. The initial value of the Zoom date costs $10,000. However, on Wednesday, June 17, an anonymous bidder adds $6,600 on the bidding price, which means that it is now valued at $16,600.
The "15 Minutes of Fame with Keanu Reeves" will go directly to the children's cancer organization, which focuses on giving kids empowering experiences. The foundation will be the main partner of the Zoom date.
The auction is said to close next Monday, June 22. So there are still possibilities that this price may increase over time. As of now, the anonymous bidder has not yet presented herself in public. So no one knows who will be the Zoom date of Keanu.
Other celebs joining the Zoom date
If you're not a fan of Keanu, there are other celebs and personalities that joined the event.
Through the celebrity message platform Cameo, other celebrities now want to spend their time with their fans during the pandemic.
"Cameo Live is very similar to a backstage pass at a concert or a meet-and-greet at an autographic signing," spokesman Brandon Kazimer told BBC News. "This is just the newest iteration of fan-talent access."
The 15-minute Zoom concert will be joined with Fifth Harmony singer Ally Brooke, as well as a guitar signed by singer-songwriter Andy Grammer.
Even Star Trek actor Jonathan Frakes or the world-famous skateboarder Tony Hawk are said to be joining the Zoom date.
