If you have accidentally deleted your contacts on your Google accounts, don't worry. Here's how you can restore them using your smartphone or a web browser. According to the latest report of Android Central, the Contacts app is one of the most important applications on your Android phone. However, users do not often use it for utilizing.

Contacts app is the software that organizes your contacts for you, automatically. It also activates when the user is using Google apps. It allows you to transfer your contacts to another smartphone easily. Android Central's previous report also explained how to transfer your contacts to a new Android phone.

Manually exporting contacts to Google Drive

1. Located the "app drawer" then open "Contacts."

2. Look for the "three horizontal lines" symbol located at the top left corner of the screen.

3. Tap the "Settings" option. 4. Click the "Export" option.

5. Allow "Contacts" to have access to your phone's internal storage.

6. After you finished providing the access, choose a download destination, and then choose "Save" to download the file.

Once you're done saving the contacts data, it will be exported as a single ".vc file." On the other hand, the file will be located in the Downloads folder if you didn't change the location. Now you're ready to upload it on your Google Drive, here's how.

1. You need to locate the app drawer again to open "Files." If you're using Samsung phones, the file is named "My Files."

2. Go to "Downloads" by hitting the three horizontal lines symbol.

3. You need to long-press on the contacts.vcf file, and then tap the "Share" option. 6. Choose "Select Drive," then hit save.

How to restore your Google account's deleted contacts.

Android Central explained that your Google account's deleted contacts can be restored using your phone if it has not been more than 30 days since the deletion. Here's how you can do it.

1. Look for your smartphone's "Contacts app" and then open it.

2. Tap on the menu option, the three horizontal lines, located in the upper left of your screen.

3. After accessing the menu, look for the settings option, which looks like a gear, located at the bottom of the pop-menu.

4. Click the "Undo" option located at the bottom.

5. For those users who have multiple Google accounts, choose the account which is connected with your missing contact.

6. Choose the time range that would reflect the time you accidentally deleted the contact.

7. Once then, you can now confirm the restoration.
