A particular Paddy McGuinness has recently smashed the current Guinness World Record that is being held for just how fast anyone can possibly drive an ice cream van. This particular record was achieved and featured on Sunday night's episode of Top Gear and it showed the 47 year old hopping into a particular electric van that was named Mr. Nippy.

Paddy McGuinness set a new record breaking the previous 73.921 mph

According to The Daily Mail, the goal was to be able to beat the previous given record of a whopping 73.921 mph and was formerly held by a particular inventor known as Edd China. Paddy then headed towards the known Elvington Airfield located in Yorkshire sometime in October with the known Guinness World Records Adjudicator Pravin Patel present on the scene.

Paddy got into a four-wheel drive van which was based on a previous Bedford CF ice cream van along with a 1980s Land Rover 110 chassis, the Tesla running gear, and was powered by the Mercedes/Tesla batteries being able to reach a top speed of a whopping 80.043mph.

Paddy had also come up with a plan to be able to save the known traditional ice cream van.
