The Star Wars franchise's first live-action television series gained popularity over its initial Season 1 release last year, 2019, launching another season in the streaming platform with Pedro Pascal leading the storyline. "The Mandalorian" Season 2 is now on its way to air the entirety of the new release but would not be a one-time drop.

Recently, Xbox Game Pass tweeted a photo of the bounty hunter along with its newfound companion, the adorable "Baby Yoda" which is called "The Child" in the series. Microsoft's Xbox Game Pass captioned the photo saying that they would not be tweeting a picture of The Mandalorian "for no reason."

The tweet highly suggests a new collaboration between Microsoft's Xbox and Disney+, particularly on the Star Wars live-action series. Initial impressions hope for and anticipate a new Xbox Series S and X exclusive game that revolves around the story of the series' plot.

"The Mandalorian" Xbox Series, S/X game, is not impossible as the title and series are both highly-profitable and would guarantee numerous gamers to partake in the new release. The game is expected to be an Xbox exclusive and be unique for the new consoles, thus boosting its sales.

The Mandalorian is getting the hype and excitement it deserves as it delivered a spectacular Season 1 which gave the "Star Wars" franchise a new perspective and storyline. The original story opened up new possibilities which somehow offers identity and background to fan-favorite Episode VI character, Boba Fett.

Disney+'s "Star Wars" franchise can expand into a new game franchise development which would expand more on the series's story, giving it another take and perspective from the various characters in the series.

The likes of "The Child," Gina Carano's "Cara Dune," "Boba Fett, and villain Giancarlo Esposito's "Moff Gideon" could be given their own short stories in the game, summarizing the series. On the other hand, the new Xbox game could also focus on The Mandalorian's adventures before getting "The Package" mission.

According to We Got This Covered, there are two possibilities for The Mandalorian's future in the hands of Microsoft's gaming subsidiary leg. The first possibility is the anticipated Xbox Series S and X exclusive game, and the other is for Xbox to carry a video streaming subscription deal with Disney+ on the console platform.

The latter proves to hold the most possibility that would soon come for Xbox users. The Mandalorian would extend its streams to Xbox's Game Pass without any additional cost for Microsoft's subscription services. This means that it would also extend the entirety of Disney+'s streaming platform to Xbox users.
