One thing that has really gotten the Nintendo Switch on the map is that it is designed to work like a GameBoy or a PSP which allows players the familiarity of the whole console but also offers really next-level features that most people can't imagine. Normally, when new consoles come out, the older ones stay put and wait for the hype to die down before announcing promos or other possible moves in order to compete with the new console. This move by Nintendo has put the Nintendo Switch up again on gamers' radar while having a hard time getting the next-generation console.

The good thing about the Nintendo Switch, for those that do not have it yet, is that it is more affordable compared to the new upcoming consoles.
