The latest Spider-Man game from PlayStation's team and Insomniac Games faced funny comments and a viral status after gamers discovered a significant bug that appears whenever Miles Morales dies. "Spider-Man: Miles Morales" debuts at the same time as the next-generation console last November 12.

The public and tech reviewers argued over social media platforms, particularly Twitter, saying that early shipments are like "beta" versions of the games or consoles. The public is already expecting bugs because of the PlayStation 5's adjustment period.

'Spider-Man: Miles Morales': Spidey's Death without Costume Turns Into Puddle

Redditor u/southwestking shares to the r/PS4 community a footage that shows a screen recording of the latest installment of the "Spider-Man" franchise on Sony's PlayStation. However, instead of showing a game walkthrough, the Redditor showed a significant bug whenever Miles Morales forgets his Spidey Suit.

The Redditor leads Miles Morales to an area where gangs would recognize him as Spider-Man and shoot at him with guns. The footage's Miles Morales is wearing his civilian costume and still triggers recognition from enemies, thus the shooting.

Miles Morales dies and immediately turns into a puddle as he lays down on the ground before the "Restart at Last Checkpoint" prompt. Clearly, this occurrence is a bug from "Spider-Man: Miles Morales's" developers, Insomniac Games.

Redditors in the comment section are picking on the game's bug, saying that it resembles a scene from Marvel's "Avengers: Infinity War Part 1," where Peter Parker turns to dust from Thanos' gauntlet snap. Other Redditors say that it resembles Disney's "Sky High's" villain that turns into a puddle.

Another set of Redditors' comments believe that this bug follows 2018's "Spider-Man" PS4's "Puddlegate" controversy, which accuses Insomniac Games of "downgrading" the game compared to its initial shots. The 2018 release shows less "puddles" compared to the first-look teasers.

'Spider-Man: Miles Morales': Another Major Bug after 'Spider-Brick'

The Creator of "High Level Comic," Rob Sheridan, shares his initial gameplay of "Spider-Man: Miles Morales" for the PlayStation 5 that transforms the webhead into a brick, which swings webs around the city. Sheridan calls the character "Spider-Brick" and goes viral on Twitter during the game's early release.

Reddit's recent viral post of Miles Morales' "Puddle Death" and Sheridan's "Spider-Brick" shows how much the game still suffers from its early release bugs.
