Activision's most recent first-person shooter action game, "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War," is getting ready for its Christmas special and event that would incorporate the seasonal holiday in-game. The most massive feature of the Christmas season in "COD: Black Ops Cold War" would not feature a bright and flashy holiday.

Instead, it would show a silent and solemn night with its  Nuketown map, one of the most recognizable locations in the "Call of Duty" franchise that is best for "Team Deathmatch" game mode. The popular shooter games break away from tradition and usual Christmas design with a "night time" design for Nuketown.

According to Call of Duty Leaks (@CODColdWarNewz), the new design recently leaked out, featuring a dark and gloomy theme that would give players a different perspective of the Christmas season the game. The leaked image of Nuketown somewhat resembles a Christmas horror plot instead of the cheerful and bright map design most games would release in time for the holidays.

The anonymous Twitter account that only calls themselves "Call of Duty Leaks" released more than the Nuketown Christmas-deserted theme for the soon-releasing update from Activision. The leakers also found more information for the release of Season 1 that would take on the holiday's themes to the shooter title.

The tweets are deleted and are unavailable to see on the social media platform because of Activision's DMCA strikes that protect its game and files from unlawful leak reports. However, it is noteworthy that these skin packs would soon come despite losing face on social media.

On the other hand, Nuke Event and Rebirth's special-themed items are also coming to the platform as part of the post-launch event by "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War." Notably, the game would only turn one-month-old since its initial public release last November 13, 2020.

Nuke-themed and colored emblems and calling cards are dawning the platform any day now, including a Flamethrower item that would appear after accomplishing a scorestreak. "COD's Black Ops Cold War" currently holds all of the launch specials and would soon update for Season 1's arrival on the game platform.
