"Final Fantasy" Eden's Promise is the 3rd section of Eden in Shadowbringers, which is a main 8-player raid. Released on December 8, 2020, Eden's Promise requires players with item level of 4 or higher in order to continue. As soon as the level is unlocked, the raid can be queued from the Duty Finder.

Final Fantasy's Eden's Promise unlocked

In order to unlock Eden's Promise, the played needs to talk to Yalfort in Amh Araeng, but the player needs to be current on their content before Yalfort will let the player into the new raid.

First, the player needs to have completed the last raid tier from patch 5.2 and its quest "Worlds Apart" and patch 5.3 "Reflections in Crystal" before proceeding to patch 5.4 where Eden's Promise is.

If the player has been keeping up with raiding in "Final Fantasy 14", this should be easy, but if the player is new then it is important to note that you can't skip raids in this multiplayer online game.

There are four floors in patch 5.4, Eden's Promise: Umbra, Eden's Promise: Litany, Eden's Promise: Anamorphosis and Eden's Promise: Eternity.

As for the rewards, treasure coffers that show up after completing Eden's Promise will not yield gear, it will yield tokens instead. These tokens can be traded for the gear that you want. You can only get one token per chapter of Eden's Promise every week.

In case you are awarded a token from the loot list, you can refresh your right to get all the remaining tokens regardless of whether you selected Greed or Need. The reward eligibility will be reset every Tuesday at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.

Eden's Promise item exchange

The items that the player gets from treasure coffers can be exchanged for gear. For a successful exchange, the player must talk to Ghul Gul in Amh Araeng, or the player must talk to Yhal Yal in Eulmore.

If the item type is the Helm of Lost Antiquity, you'll need 2 tokens and the token drop location is at Umbra, Litany and Anamorphosis. For Armor of Lost Antiquity, you will need 4 tokens and the token drop location is at Umbra, Litany, Anamorphosis and Eternity.

For the Gauntlets of Lost Antiquity, you will need 2 tokens and the token drop location is at Litany, Anamorphosis and Eternity. For the Belt of Lost Antiquity, you will need one token and the token drop location is at Umbra and Litany.

If the item type that you want is the Chausses of Lost Antiquity, you will need 4 tokens and the token drop location is at Umbra, Litany, Anamorphosis and Eternity. For Greaves of Lost Antiquity, you will need 2 tokens and the token drop location is at Umbra, Litany and Eternity. For Bangle of Lost Antiquity, you'll need one token and the token drop location is at Umbra, Litany, Anamorphosis and Eternity.

After completing Eden's Promise: Eternity, which is the fourth floor, players can earn a Blade of Lost Antiquity once a week. This reward can be exchanged for tome stones with Ghul Gul in Amh Araeng or Yhal Yal in Eulmore. The tome stones can then be exchanged for weapons.
