If you are not able to connect to one or more of your Bluetooth devices, then you will want to forget the Bluetooth connection on your device first. Tap on "Bluetooth" and selection the connection using the circle with an "i" in the middle. Click on the "Forget this Device" option and try reconnecting it. If that does not work, try resetting your phone's "Network Settings."

To reset the "Network Settings", click on General, then click on Reset and go to Reset Network Settings. This whole process will take a couple of seconds to complete and it will cause your phone to forget the known WIFI network that you have stored so make sure that you know the password.

You can also do it the old way by deleting the app and downloading it again to refresh everything. If the app requires a username and password, then it will ask for it again so make sure you have it handy.

If you still can't fix the issue, contact the developer of the app to check if it knows about the issue. You can also check on the forums online, such as the Apple Support Community.
