Two joggers run along Albert Park Lake on an Autumn day with high-rise and apartment buildings in the city in the background on June 16, 2017 in Melbourne, Australia. There has been increased interest in the fire safety of Melbourne's high rise residential towers following the fatal Grenfell Tower fire in London on Wednesday. 17 people have been confirmed dead following the London blaze, with initial investigations suggesting that flammable cladding on the outside of the building contributed to the rapid spread of the blaze. Similar cladding was found to have been to blame for a similar blaze in Melbourne's Lacrosse building in 2014.

What's great about this app is its Apple Watch's personalized interactive experience. According to Tatler's latest report, the app's pre-ordered fitness videos are accessible via an iPad, iPhone, or on Apple TV.

You can use these as a guide as you're working out your physical metrics. These include calories burned and heart rate. They will also be displayed live on the device's screen and will be monitored by the Apple watch.

The compatible gadgets are the Apple Watch and any Apple device that you can use to watch and display the videos. You can either use an iPhone, an Apple TV, or an iPad.

There's also an instructor that guides you in a mindful cool-down section. The virtual instructor will guide you through gentle stretches and meditation. The warming up exercises is designed to be played at the end of your workout routine.

As of the moment, there are around 200 different workouts on Fitness+. The new ones are uploaded every Monday.

How does the app work with Apple Watch?

Yahoo Finance explained that the new application works by watching its workout videos on your Apple Watch, iPad, Apple TV, and iPhone. They will be the centerpiece of the setup. When you play a video, it will automatically sync with your smartwatch. This will show your calories burned, time remaining, and heart rate. They will also appear on the screen you're watching, helping you to avoid glancing down at your watch to see how close you are to your targets.

Is It Better Than the Peloton App?

Peloton is an app that helps users get fit with its workout lessons and classes. It has comprehensive workout guides for treadmill, body weight, weight training, and others. It also features bootcamp style programs, outdoor running programs and  yoga.

Compared to the Apple Fitness Plus app which costs only  $9.99 (US) per month or $79.99 (US) per year, the subscription fee for Peloton is at $19.49 per month if users do not have the app or $39 per month if using the app through the Peloton bike.

Since Fitness+ is still new, it has fewer number of workout lessons. Peloton has thousands of available classes with over 10 workout types.
