The popular internet company based in Mountain View, Google, has announced that it has fixed all compatibility issues that have persisted with its systems to work with the latest M1, also known as the next-generation chip. Google's suite of products is one of the most used programs in the world, with most of them based on the internet for PCs.

Apple has also been trying to open up the Silicon-based ARM architecture chips for other systems and software apart from its own, hosting to different services and software that are offered by external companies. According to Google's latest update on Google Drive's backup and sync capabilities, it is now readily available and usable with the SoC (system-on-chip) M1 Macs that have a different interface compared to the Intel-Macs. The version 3.54 update is specifically made for its support and compatibility with the Apple M1 Macs, which would also be the future of Macs.

After turning away from Intel processors, Apple is now facing the years to come with its high-performance 5nm Silicon M1 Chips that have all its necessary process in it, featuring a better performing range of computers. The Google update went live last week and has been working smoothly with Apple's M1 Macs since its release.

However, that is not the only news for Apple M1 users, as Google aims to update its entire range of services and products to adhere to the new system that Apple has created for the future of its PC Computers. An entire suite of products including Google Drive File Stream would soon join the list of products that support the new Silicon chip.

Google Products Soon Coming to Apple M1 Macs

Google may have launched Google Drive's backup and sync capabilities for the Apple M1 Macs, but the internet company would not stop there. Soon, it would bring its products and systems for M1 users to fully take advantage of, and use as necessary for the needs of the transitioning users.

Despite Apple having its own cloud service system called the iCloud, Google Drive would be an ideal second choice or backup in case the former gets full from backing up other of Apple's devices in one's possession. According to Tech Radar, users would not have to wait long as Google plans to release all this in April.
