February free Nintendo Switch games

While the single NES game compared to the three SNES games may not seem to be fair, Nintendo stated that it is because they have been adding NES games for longer, thus the NES games that you would want to play through Nintendo Switch Online have already been added to the list, according to ComicBook.com.

So what are the four games in Nintendo Switch's February lineup? First is "Psycho Dream" focuses on Sayaka who does not return to reality after entering a virtual world that is known as a D-Movie.

The protagonists in the game, Maria and Ryo, must progress through a scary fantasy game called Legend of the Fallen Capital to rescue Sayaka and bring her back to reality.

The second one is "Doomsday Warrior" which is about the Doomsday Warrior versus the Doom Squad. This game features an evil sorcerer who has recruited seven warriors to take over Earth.

However, one of the Doom Squad has resisted the influence of the evil sorcerer and now stand against the rest as the Doomsday Warrior.

The third is the "Prehistorik Man" that focuses on Sam the caveman's journey to save his village. He lives in a village that is infested by dinosaurs that steals their food. To get more food, he needs to collect bones, which he can use to purchase food.

On Sam's way, he will need to make use of different types of weapons, attacks and cars. Shouting is also a form of attack in the game to defeat the on-screen enemies.

Lastly, "Fire 'n Ice" is a game that focuses on Dana who is chosen by the Queen of the Winter Fairies to bear the power of ice magic. With that magic, Dana must defend her home, Coolmint Island, from Druidle, the evil wizard and to defeat his flames.

Earthbound fans on adding the game

After the latest batch of Nintendo Switch Online games has been announced, with three new SNES games and one from the NES coming to the console next week.

Unfortunately, fans who were anticipating of the lineup were not happy after the announcement. This is because the fan favorite game "Earthbound" was not included.

The SNES RPG trended on Twitter as fans continue to plead for the inclusion of the game. Despite the demand, Nintendo still refuses to include the game in any lineup. Twitter user Alex Silva even added that the company may be working on a remake.

The character has been popularized by the "Super Smash Bros." game series, but that does not seem to have any impact to Nintendo as the company still continues to dismiss the petition. Fans of the SNES game will still have to wait if there will be any changes in the future.
