According to IGN's latest report, there are several methods you can use to grab the R.A.I. K-84 Wonder Weapon. Here are the possible tricks you can do to acquire this sweet weapon for free.
- Turn On the Power
- Find the Locker Key
- Get the Barrel Assembly
- Find the Blueprint
- Find Kuhlklay's Eye
- Solve the Dark Board Puzzle
- Get the Power Cell

Finding Kuhlklay's Eye
The first thing you need to do is to head over to the Scorched Defense area and bring your blueprint to that location. Once you are there, you will find the dead body of Dimitri Kuhlklay leaning up against the right side of a burning tank.
After you interact with the corpse, you will easily acquire Kuhlklay's Eye.
Finding the Blueprint
Of course, you can get the eye without the blueprint. To get it, you need to turn on the power that will allow you to access the Weapon Lab. This is located within the Motor Pool area.
