Apple introduces an upgraded iOS 14 and iPadOS 14 as it adds valuable capabilities and features. Recently, the tech giant released iOS 14.4, and this update adds a new workout to Fitness Plus for Apple Watch owners.
The iOS 14.4 also added a new Unity watch face and the update includes security fixes for vulnerabilities that were actively being exploited.
iOS 14.4 follows Apple ProRaw photos that was added to the iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max. The new features are added to the impressive list of capabilities that Apple brought to its devices with the release of iOS 14 in September 2020. The iOS 14.5 is now available in beta and is shaping up to be a great update for iPhone owners.
Users can personalize their iPhone's home screen by creating custom app icons and by placing new widgets wherever they want.

A new Scribble feature in the iPad update can now let the users use the Apple Pencil to write in any text field, and the tablet will convert it to text. In this way, users no longer need to pull up the keyboard, according to Forbes.
iOS 14 and iPadOS 14 tips
Since it is a new upgrade, there are some tips that can be useful in the long run. First, check the new home screen features. The iPhone has an app drawer-life feature now that is called the App Library.
The App Library acts as a warehouse to store all of the apps that you don't use often. Users can access the App Library by swiping from right to left on the screen past all of the current home screens, according to Gottabemobile.
Another first for the iPhone is being able to place widgets on the home screen. Apple gave developers the right tools to make a new style of widget.
Next, you can create a custom Smart Stack widget. You are not locked into using Apple's curated Smart Stack widget. Users can create their own stack of widgets using the same technique that you would use to create an app folder easily.
Also, iPhone users can now make their own app icons. Apple added the feature to its Shortcuts app, with the most popular addition being able to create your own app icons and fully customize the look of your phone.
Instead of the Apple Mail app icon, you can download an icon that replaces it with a picture of something else. according to ZDNET.
And of course you can use apps without having to install them, all thanks to the App Clips. App Clips is a miniature app that show you a part of what the full app can do.
So if you need a Yelp App Clip to show you the business hours of an establishment and the menu for a restaurant that you want to visit and that is all that you need, you can open the Apple Maps app on your iPhone, search for the establishment, tap on the location and select Order Food.
In this way, you don't have to install an app and flood your memory, you can just use whatever feature you need in a specific app with one feature.
