"Person 5 Strikers" now includes Phantom Thieves through a huge spinoff by Japanese video game developer Atlus. The action-packed game will now hit the fans with a different vibe, but with a hint of the original adventure.

Phantom Thieves Are Back in Action in 'Persona 5 Strikers'

"Persona 5's" sequel, "Strikers" welcomed the crowd-favorite crew led by the main protagonist, Joker. The group is now on its way to conduct some investigation in the Japanese region about the different otherworldly mysteries.

According to a report by The Verge, the emergence of warped reality versions called the Jails got in the gang's way. The Jails have only one ruler - a big difference compared to the Palaces from the original game.

Players can now engage in this role-playing game, where they will not take turns anymore to strategize the battle against their enemies. Now, it features its freely-moving controls that enable you to wipe a mob of opponents.

In addition, you can now use other players besides Joker, with the introduction of special physical attacks. These will not only help you advance through the ranks of the strikers, and yet you can still cast elemental skills through your personas.

The RPG Style Can Be Tedious Sometimes

The same source said that the game can still be tedious through the walkthrough even though the players are now allowed to swap in-between different characters. Megan Farokhmanesh, the author of the article stated that tapping the buttons took a lot of time despite pulling perfect combos and attacks.

In addition, the eye cannot focus easily as several things happened at once on the screen. Sometimes, you talk to the characters during the fight so that adds the amount of extra work.

Unlike the original game, "Persona 5 Strikers" only boiled down to a "Bond" metric applicable to your party. The previous one has an individual upgrade when it comes to relationships and other traits.

However, the new sequel was pretty solid for the gameplay. There are tons of side-quests added to the game, so you get to roam everywhere to finish a mission without any deadlines.

If it will be compared to "Persona," "Strikers" could be challenging yet it has more room to offer when it comes to efficiency. If you want to squander some time thinking of playing some games, take a shot at "Persona 5 Strikers" so the Phantom Thieves will be happy again serving their master.

There is still a lot to know about this well-expanded game. Upon encountering jails, you are also facing a world full of trauma. Palaces, on the other hand, revolve around 'corrupt thoughts which change the perception of a people to a distorted reality.

Diving to the jails may seem interesting but you should prepare first for an investigation. Knowing the origin of pain that every monarch has is the missing key for this curiosity.

Projected Playtime Hours of 'Persona 5 Strikers?'

In a report by Republic World, the game is said to have 30 hours of playtime on its all stories. If you feel that the game is still lacking, you can purchase the Deluxe Edition for an additional storyline.

Remember that you will join the Phantom Thieves, so you should be aware of what dangers are ahead along the journey.
